The rum today is a bold, spicy dark rum that’s exactly what you need as a base for rum cocktails or mixed drinks. Tipsy Toad take Hawthorn berries, sarsaparilla and tonka bean, with a blend of rums from Guyana and Jamaica, which are now blended in the UK.
This vodka is inspired by sunrise swims in the crystal-clear waters that Major Farquhar swam in on his travels. The vodka has been distilled with kelp Hawthorne berries, resulting in a smooth and fruity vodka, which is worthy of drinking solo on ice, or you can mix with premium mixers.
The Major had developed his London Dry, but after enjoying afternoon tea with friends in Bakewell, an inspiration for a cherry Bakewell flavoured gin came to life.
The gin is sweet and nutty, with a rich cherry depth and twists of almond and vanilla. It’s great solo (on the rocks) or mixing with tonic waters, lemonades or using it as a base for cocktails.
Think smashed strawberries with sweet crumbly meringue and creamy flavours melting into a traditional juniper forward London Dry Gin!

Bursting with lots of flavour our Eton Mess Gin is jammed packed with strawberries, raspberries and Madagascan vanilla to really give that meringue taste sensation.
Our small batch distilled gin contains 14 botanicals, Juniper Led, with hints of citrus from Red Grapefruit and Bitter orange, exotic spice from cubebs and grains of paradise interwoven with Borage and Lavender from the English countryside.
Serve over ice with a slice of orange.
