Inspired by the breath-taking Yorkshire coastline, our East Yorkshire gin combines hints of the sea (kelp) with botanicals influenced by the meandering journey to the coast through the rolling Yorkshire Wolds. We introduce honey, dandelion, lavender, berries, and Hawthorne blossom into the distillation. Dom was inspired by David Hockney's The Big Hawthorne when developing the flavours of this floral Gin.
