Our Vine Tomato & Garden Lovage gin has an aromatic, herbaceous nose, distinctive lovage character, peppery warmth and a fabulous long, sweet, vine tomato finish.

With a nod to the smuggling of old, we import fine Guyanese rum. We then add botanicals from a secret recipe, steep, re-distil and barrel age to produce this unique, smooth botanical, dark rum. As with all true gins, the taste explosion of Sailors Ruin Signature Gin starts with juniper. Complemented by citrus notes of bitter orange and grapefruit, earthiness from mountain ash and the sweetness found in liquorice and cassia bark, our Signature Gin is finished with spicy notes of cubeb and grains of paradise.
