Single shot distilled London Dry Gin, 42% abv, 70cl. Made using lime basil & orange thyme grown at the Mires Beck nursery site.

Developed in collaboration with the Michelin-starred Pipe & Glass in South Dalton. East Yorkshire; our award winning Master Distiller took inspiration from the plants grown in Chef and owner James Mackenzie's garden and herbarium. These ingredients regularly feature on his celebrated menus.

Our Vine Tomato & Garden Lovage gin has an aromatic, herbaceous nose, distinctive lovage character, peppery warmth and a fabulous long, sweet, vine tomato finish.

Delicious in cocktails, perfect for a Bloody Mary or superb over ice with a fresh celery leaf and a good Indian tonic water.

With a nod to the smuggling of old, we import fine Guyanese rum. We then add botanicals from a secret recipe, steep, re-distill and barrel age to produce this unique, smooth, botanical spiced white rum. The palate is smooth with vanilla, caramel and fruit notes with a slightly warming spice from two exotic peppers. Each sip embodies the soul of every sailor that ever sailed. Enjoy.

As with all true gins, the taste explosion of Sailors Ruin Signature Gin starts with juniper. Complemented by citrus notes of bitter orange and grapefruit, earthiness from mountain ash and the sweetness found in liquorice and cassia bark, our Signature Gin is finished with spicy notes of cubeb and grains of paradise.
