- 35 ml Chocolate Orange Gin
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 25 ml Gomme
- Foaming Bitters
- 50 ml Red Wine
Shake everything but the wine and single strain into a rock glass over Ice. Slowly pour the red wine to float. Garnish with a dehydrated
